How long will it take for my order to ship?
Shipping times vary by product. In-stock items typically ship within 1 to 5 business days. Custom, made-to-order pieces may take between 4 to 12 weeks depending on the specific materials and finishes selected.
What is your return policy for home office furniture?
We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and items must be in their original condition.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery and assembly?
Yes, for larger furniture items such as desks, beds, and sofas, we offer White Glove Delivery. This service includes bringing the item into your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
Are your products eco-friendly and sustainable?
Sustainability is core to our design process. Many of our iconic products, like the Aeron Chair, incorporate ocean-bound plastic and are designed to be up to 90% recyclable at the end of their long life cycles.
